About us
Based in Sudbury, Suffolk, Tudor Archers are a friendly archery club established in 1979/80 by four people. (Sam & Mary Doherty, Phil Streeting and Ray Wright). And now has a membership of some 60 archers
Venue
On the 12th September 2005 the club moved to its exciting new venue at Sudbury Upper School, Tudor Road, Sudbury, Suffolk. During the winter we will be shooting on a Monday evening from 7.30-10.30pm in the Sports Centre at the school. From May to August we will shoot outside on a Monday evening from 7pm until dusk on the sports field just behind the hall.

Note: GNAS (Grand National Archery Society) membership provides insurance and is mandatory for everyone shooting at the archery club who is not on a beginners course. *Guests archers may be asked to provide proof of GNAS membership.
Beginner Courses
We welcome both new and experienced archers. For those which are thinking about getting into the sport the club offers a beginners course. You will be provided with all equipment required, instruction on safety, shooting techniques and scoring. The beginners course are run over three consecutive weeks at a cost of £30 per person.
