About us
Based in Sudbury, Suffolk, Tudor Archers are a friendly archery club established in 1979/80 by four people. (Sam & Mary Doherty, Phil Streeting and Ray Wright). And now has a membership of some 60 archers
Venue
On the 12th September 2005 the club moved to its exciting new venue at Sudbury Upper School, Tudor Road, Sudbury, Suffolk. During the winter we will be shooting on a Monday evening from 7.00-10.00pm in the Sports Centre at the school. From May to August we will shoot outside on a Monday evening from 7pm until dusk on the sports field just behind the hall.

Note: Archery GB membership provides insurance and is mandatory for everyone shooting at the archery club who is not on a beginners course. *Guests archers will be asked to show their Archery GB membership cards, and guests not affiliated to another club will only be able to shoot at Tudor Archers 10 times per year.
Beginner Courses
We welcome both new and experienced archers. For those which are thinking about getting into the sport the club offers a beginners course. You will be provided with all equipment required, instruction on safety, shooting techniques and scoring. The beginners course are run over three consecutive weeks at a cost of £40 per person.
